Jamie started Idylwild Therapy in 2016 and has been growing this small business ever since. She trained in Austin, Texas, at the Texas Healing Arts Institute in 2010. She moved back to Colorado in 2013. Her massage style is a mix of relaxation and deep tissue using myofacial release, passive stretching, and neuromuscular techniques to allow trigger points to release. Her technique has a lot of what she calls "scrubbing", which feels great and is not as intrusive as most deep tissue modalities. Even her deep tissue massage is very relaxing.
Rosalie trained as a massage therapist in 2006, and brings 16 years of diverse practice to her massage work. She is also a registered yoga teacher and spent a decade immersed in yoga and meditation practice and philosophy while living at the Shambhavananda ashrams (meditation centers). Her massage style mixes Swedish/relaxation with personalized deep tissue work, so her clients have a chance to relax deeply while having areas of tension worked on troughout their bodies.
Giselle has been practicing massage and body work since 2012. She is a therapeutically focused massage therapist, over the years she has mastered her style by incorporating various techniques into one session to get the best results. Specialties include; TMJ dysfunction, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic and Myofascial release. She is also trained in advanced prenatal- focuses on the pelvis- iliopsoas, round ligaments and the sacrum, similar to the Webster technique.
Rayah became a massage therapist because she wants to heal others and uses her intuition and empathy to relate to others on a deep level. She graduated from IBMC college in Fort Collins with High Honors. She believes that it is important to incorporate the mind, body, and spirit into her practice. Rayah is certified in Swedish massage with specialties in deep tissue, hot stone, lymphatics, and prenatal. Rayah’s vision is to make people feel great by bringing joy, love, and compassion.
Christi has been practicing massage for 19 years. She graduated from the Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute in 2000. She excels at deep tissue and has worked with athletes, yogis, weekend warriors, hard working professionals and seniors. Having studies health sciences in college, Christi has been integrating principles biomechanics and keniologyinto her practice. Her specialty is treatment related to rotator cuff issues.
Graduating from the Lauterstein- Conway Massage School and Clinic in Austin, Kailey has experience with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Deep Massage (similar to myofascial release) techniques. Her style is integrated and custom to the client’s needs. Kailey likes to incorporate stretches, body movements, and compressions in her massages. At home care advice is always given after every massage as she works with the client towards achieving a healthier version of themselves.
