Rosalie trained as a massage therapist in 2006, and brings 16 years of diverse practice to her massage work. She is also a registered yoga teacher and spent a decade immersed in yoga and meditation practice and philosophy while living at the Shambhavananda ashrams (meditation centers). Her massage style mixes Swedish/relaxation with personalized deep tissue work, so her clients have a chance to relax deeply while having areas of tension worked on thoroughly. She loves to talk with clients about ways to stay balanced through the seasons, incorporating user-friendly concepts from Ayurvedic self-care. Clients leave their sessions deeply relaxed and with a couple of good self-care practices in their tool belt, so they can maintain their sense of well-being at home.
