APRIL SPECIALS:

This is a 60 minute session that relieves compression in the bones of your skull, sacrum, and spinal column. It's a gentle, hands-on massaging technique., which uses a light touch to release tension around your body's connective tissue network , the fascia. CST promotes pain releif from headaches, neck pain, and the side effects of cancer treatment.  It's also great for post concussive syndrome as well.(Giselle and Linda only)

This 60 minute treatment focuses on the lymphatic system- certain points along the body are (pulsed) with gentle compression to improve the lymphatic system. This is recommended for autoimmune diseases ,cancer patients, and post surgery. (Giselle only)

This 60 or 90 minute treatment is specific for those suffering with TMJ. This therapy targets a specific group of muscles that affect this dysfunction. (gloves are worn for work in the mouth) 2-4 treatments are recommended to achieve results.  (Giselle only)

A Facial Sculpting Lymphatic Massage Combo is a luxurious, non-invasive treatment that combines the techniques of facial massage and lymphatic drainage to enhance the natural contours of the face and promote overall skin health. This targets key muscles and areas of the face to lift, firm, and define, while the lymphatic drainage reduces puffiness, detoxifies the skin, and encourages better circulation.  (Giselle only)

Our NEW Facial/Massage session is with Adriane and 45 minutes of a 

mini massage on face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Your face will feel refreshed after a double cleanse, toner, exfoliation, mask of choice, extractions, face oil, and eye gel. O enjoy a 90 minute session with an added full body massage.

This is a 60 or 90 minute massage of your choice for those who's body really needs some focused work and pain relief plus locally made 500 mg.  CBD salve with pine essential oil applied to your problem areas. 

This is a 60 or 90 minute tissue massage with cupping added to problem areas. (Giselle or Rosalie only)

This massage helps soon to be Mom's find relief before and  after baby comes. She gets to lay facedown on our prenatal pillow! Giselle is trained in advanced prenatal, which focuses on pelvis, iliopsoas, round ligaments & sacrum. (Rosalie , Michele, & Giselle)
