This 60 minute treatment focuses on pressure points throughout the body. Acupressure is a manual therapy technique that is used to relieve pain and muscle tension. Acupressure is performed using fingers gradually pressing onto key points around the body to simulate pain relief and muscle relaxation. The acupressure technique is used on trigger points within muscles and soft tissues. (Giselle & Rayah)

This 90 minute treatment is specific for those suffering with TMJ. This therapy targets a specific group of muscles that affect this dysfunction. (gloves are worn for work in the mouth) 2-4 treatments are recommended to achieve results.  (Giselle)
